It's still fairly fill of Meaningful Symbols, though! Her funky four-color dress, her firey hair, the horns, the lack of border - all of these are related to the things this card Means. Or to my take on it, at least.
There's certain conventions of What A Tarot Card Looks Like, yeah. And I'm generally trying to avoid most of those. Uncentered compositions, subtle palettes, limited detail... none of these are things Tarot cards are known for. Whether or not Tarot collectors/users will like or loathe my take on it for that remains to be seen; I'm just doing it because it's what the Muse is dumping into my head for my non-Absinthe personal work this month.
